On Thanksgiving day we journeyed to Gibsland, LA for some good cooking made by Aunt Joyce. Everything was delicious as usual. The kids and adults had fun riding the mule in the woods, Alicia even fell asleep in the back! When we got back to the lake house the kids fished off the dock with Uncle Boogie and caught quite a few.
Friday afternoon we had a great time at the LSU - Arkansas game in Little Rock, AR at the War Memorial Stadium despite the loss (31-30) and the weather. It sprinkled throughout most of the game and was very cold. Denise and Brianna loved all the cheering, face painting and dressing up with purple and gold, I think the older girls had fun with it also. Here are a few of the pics:
Afterwards, we celebrated Dennis' birthday at Bosco's restaurant with some good food and beer. At the hotel room we had cake and presents. Dennis thanks everyone for all the cool gifts.
