We spent most of the weekend decorating the house with Christmas lights. We got all the icicles on the house and finished in time to get all dressed up for our night downtown. We went to see "A Christmas Carol" at the Alley Theatre. It was a very good play and they made it very entertaining. Denise and Brianna loved it. Before the show we pigged out at Birra Porretti's with some good Italian food then looked at all the decorated trees at the theatre. Here we are standing in front of the Mardi Gras Christmas tree:

Lucy - I'm playing catch-up on your blog this morning. Loved reading about everything the Shaffers have been up to. Love the Alley's Christmas Carol; Don and I have been once to see it. Happy Birthday to all Shaffers since I last read this blog in October!
